  HR needs to take the priority towards the change management because their responsibility is to develop and support for the employees for the changes and for the implementation of this HR departments follow different strategies such as the training sessions, demonstrations, consultations and many of the activities. HR department’s main responsibility is the human resource management and under this HR always involve to protect the employees, solve the different issues of the employees and motivate the employees towards the organizational cultures and affectively management of various types of changes, this shows the importance of HR departments involvement towards the change management and if the change management become unsuccessful that shows the inefficacy level of the HR

When these changes are suddenly implemented employees are not ready for the acceptance as they need supports and required trainings to adapt towards these

Work from home concept became most of the famous change with the impacts of the Covid and some employees positively accepted this concept but some employees refused this concept as they felt some of the bottlenecks under this procedure

  Some of the organizations do not follow the change management when they introduce different new solutions for the employees, but some are following the change management as they have identified the importance of change. If not followed the change management the success rate of the improvement become low as the employees do not always ready towards the changes
