HR needs to take
the priority towards the change management because their responsibility is to
develop and support for the employees for the changes and for the
implementation of this HR departments follow different strategies such as the
training sessions, demonstrations, consultations and many of the activities. HR
department’s main responsibility is the human resource management and under
this HR always involve to protect the employees, solve the different issues of
the employees and motivate the employees towards the organizational cultures
and affectively management of various types of changes, this shows the
importance of HR departments involvement towards the change management and if
the change management become unsuccessful that shows the inefficacy level of
the HR
HR plays a crucial role in change management, implementing strategies like training sessions, demonstrations, and consultations to support employees, protect them, and motivate them towards organizational cultures.
