Missing the early stage of the
process – When implementing the change management procedures, most of the early
stages are highly important because within the early stages employees are
educated regarding these changes, convinced towards the changes showing all the
possible opportunities under the change and lot of awareness related things and
when mission these important steps HR cannot increase the success of change
because the employees always misunderstand to changes
Lack of leadership support –
Leadership highly important towards the changes because the effective
leadership traits always convince the employees towards the changes
Communication issues –
Communications are directly impact towards the success of the changes because
with the effective communications employees are clearly educated regarding
these changes
Cultural resistance – Employees
always have and prefer towards their own or prevailing culture aspects, under
the different changes organizational cultural aspects slightly change and most
of the time employees do not prefer towards these cultural changes because they
always love towards the present culture having the comfort zone
