Change
management is one of the challenging factors facing by the HR departments in
any industry in the world because the employees do not prefer towards the
change because they always see the changes as difficult, and the various types
of changes negatively impact for their freedom of work. Employees always want
to stay in the comfortable zone within their working environment and that is
the main reason towards the against reactions towards the different changes
Organizations cannot grow or gain the sustainability without the changes because most of the organizations now adapting towards the emerging technologies terminating all the prevailing traditional solutions because these technological updates are highly important towards the products and services improvement and if not adapt with the growing technologies organizations cannot gain the competitive advantages over others. Today’s organizations highly using ERP systems to effectively manage all the internal operational activities and with these technologies all the prevailing traditional operational activities are terminated because the organizations always want to increase the efficiency of work, for these types of solutions some segments of employees highly prefer but some are not because they perceive these solutions are unwanted tasks and most of the time poor knowledgeable employees do not prefer to adapt with these as they always need to follow the traditional solutions. This is one of the example only but there are many of the challenging situations exist for the change management and below elaborated why the employees do not like for the changes
